SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

Very nice hotel and the main road. Restaurants are not too far away. It’s not too far away from the casino and King of Prussia mall. The hot tub is very nice, although a little small than what it looks like in the photos. There were cookies at the check in desk when I arrived, best cookies ever.

A hotel near the airport is what you expect it to be but I wanted to give a good review because of the excellent customer service I experienced. Judith at the front desk was attentive, professional, and very pleasant! She went above and beyond to give us a good experience. Thank you Judith!

It's near some convient places to eat,the pool is tricky,feels good but be careful if you're dealing with age issues

I always stay here when visiting Baltimore it’s a nice hotel for the most part however they are always hosting conferences or schools grow which makes for high occupancy. The breakfast is mediocre however the staff is amazing

After trying Marriott's new concepts Aloft, CitizenM aiming for GenZers, it was nice to settle in at an old tried and true, SpringHill Suites. Good size room, comfy couch, desk space, microwave, fridge, 2 bottles of water waiting for me in the room. Quick and efficient front desk, and free parking and airport shuttle shuttle. Oh, and even plastic silverware for when your delivery restaurant forgets it. (Thanks #Quickway Hibachi)

The Springhill Suites by Marriott BWI Airport is a very nice and accommodating property. What I greatly appreciate about this Springhill Suites is the hospitality and the small details that made my stay a step above compared to other Springhill Suites and other Marriott properties I stayed at. GREAT points about this hotel that should be commended: Acknowledgement of Elite Benefits and guaranteed late checkout: I really appreciated how 4pm late checkout was just offered to me because the front desk saw my Titanium Elite status at check-in. I usually have to request it, but being offered definitely made me feel valued for my loyalty. I didn't get the names of all the staff that worked here, but Brandon at the front desk who checked me in was the best! I appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail regarding elite benefits and just offering everything offered for my tier. He's definitely the type of employee you would want working at any hotel who helps guests feel welcomed! Coordination between the front desk and housekeeping regarding late checkout: This has got to be the first Marriott property in a long while where housekeeping did not knock on my hotel door to ask about us checking out by the normal time at noon. I was actually able to grab lunch and take a nap in the afternoon to rest before checking out later in the day. I really appreciated the staff's goodwill and elite benefit offerings, it was much needed rest as I was still recovering from the flu and needed to relax. Freebies included in the room: I definitely appreciated the free cookie and water bottle in my room, as well as the stationary pad and pen. Some Marriott properties hardly have stationary and pen offered as complimentary items to guest these days. I like having them to use to write thank you notes for housekeeping and to help point out where their tips are for the day. Amenities: I hadn't used the pool, but the fact that they have a working Jacuzzi/hot tub looks like a great place to relax for bit after a long day. Breakfast: I only saw one employee working as a breakfast attendant, but she was doing an excellent job of restocking the breakfast bar. I saw there was a tip box, but not a lot of guests were tipping. I made sure to tip a good amount. I also enjoyed the waffle makers, which you don't see at every Marriott property, even for ones with free breakfast. Isabel who is the lone employee handling breakfast does a GREAT job! Suite: Room was clean, wet bar was useful, and so were the microwave and refrigerator. My only point of criticism are the coffee cups in the room. The lids don't fit the cups, so I just had to drink my coffee without a lid. Not much of a problem, as the lobby keeps their coffee/tea/hot water bar stocked 24/7, which has been a very useful amenity! Overall, 10/10 stay, I also love that this hotel is right next to a strip of restaurants for dinner options!

Place is located convenient to everything! Rooms are clean but dated. Our stay would have been fantastic however with Mr and Mrs Sasquatch staying in room directly above us doing jumping Jack's, made it hard to get a good night sleep!

This hotel is nice. Conveniently located for our weekend getaway. Comfy rooms and a pretty good breakfast. The lack of hot water was an issue but they their best to accommodate and rectify the problem
